NOTICE: As the importer of record, you should be aware that your shipment may incur customs & duties and that your local delivery agent may apply additional fees for handling the customs process. We have no control over duties and taxes that your government may impose, or handling fees your local delivery agent may apply. Any additional duties/taxes/fees are payable upon receipt of the package, usually to the local delivery agent.

Freight Loss or Damage

Please contact support immediately to initiate a claim and keep all the original packaging material. The buyer assumes all the risks associated with freight loss or damage for services that do not include insurance.

Returns & Replacements

Merchandise returns are subject to the terms outlined below. Replacement or repair of the product shall be at our discretion. To facilitate processing of returned merchandise:

    • Please contact support to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning product.
    • All returns should be made within 15 days of date of RMA and be accompanied by the original invoice number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
    • Return freight charge must be prepaid. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
    • Defective merchandise may be returned within 90 days of the original invoice date and need not be in original packaging.
    • Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are nonrefundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is DOA.
International Ordering

Payment by Credit Card or International Money Order only. Items are shipped when money order is cleared by the bank.

Payment Methods

Online payments via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are made though PayPal and will appear as VFMCORP. Contact us if you wish to pay by an alternative method. C.O.D. terms are not available. IMPORTANT: For security reasons, items will only be shipped to the billing address of your Credit Card or Paypal account.

Warranty

All products are sold without warranty or liability. The buyer assumes all risks associated with the use of the products. We strive to insure that all products are free from defects in material and workmanship, however should you receive a defective product or damaged product, please see the section Returns & Replacements for details.
